Rules

Account Management
  • Account Sharing: Allowed, but we will not restore any lost items, whether account-related or purchasable.
  • Strike System: Accumulating 3 strikes results in a suspension of at least one month, duration determined by the staff member administering  he penalty.
  • Rights: We reserve the right to suspend or unsuspend accounts at any time without providing reasons. In case of wrongful punishment, the  banned account owner can provide evidence to prove their innocence.
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be a Gamemaster, Admin, Supporter, or similar will result in an immediate permanent HWID and IP ban.

Bots and Cheating
  • Botting: Allowed as long as bots are not targeting unique spawns.
  • Cheating: Any form of cheating will result in a permanent HWID and IP ban.

Name and Chat Rules
  • Racist Names: Promptly blocked, repeated offenses may lead to an IP ban.
  • Insults: Insults against staff members result in an immediate ban.
  • Own Religion: Insults against one's own religion will be penalized, limited to Global Chat.
  • Spam and Links: Spam in all chats is not allowed. Links or offensive content will result in an immediate permanent HWID and IP ban.
  • Server Links: Links from other servers will not be tolerated and will result in a complete exclusion from the game and the website.
In-Game Purchases and Trading
  • Non-Refundable: In-game purchases are non-refundable.
  • Real Money Trading: The sale of items, accounts, pets, silks for real money is prohibited. Suspicious transactions will be investigated, and the account will be suspended until the seller can prove innocence.

Instructions and Support
  • Following Instructions: Instructions from staff must be followed.
  • Staff Requests: Gamemasters, admins, or supporters will never ask for your account details.
  • Trade Helper: Always marked with a special symbol, a red title 'Supporter' above their head. If robbed without using the Trade Helper, nothing will be restored.
  • Bug Reports: Report in-game, website, or Discord bugs immediately. Exploiting bugs will result in severe punishment.
  • Punishments: The nature of the punishment always lies with the staff member who imposed it. Discussing the penalty with another staff member is futile.

Reports and Support
  • Reports: Report accounts through the ticket system or directly via Discord with an Admin, Gamemaster, or Supporter. Provide evidence in the form of screenshots, depending on the nature of the report.
  • Support: No in-game assistance; support is available via Discord and the website. Streamers or similar entities are not supported. Persistent nuisance may result in a ban.

General Behavior
  • Rule Changes: We reserve the right to change the rules at any time. It is your responsibility to read and adhere to the rules to avoid the loss of accounts.
  • Stay Legal: Follow the rules, and we will get along well.
